摘    要:为了对目前公共基础知识考试的可靠性和有效性有一个全面准确的了解 ,本项研究依据现代心理测量理论 ,采用科学规范的实证研究方法 ,对江苏省公务员公共基础知识考试的信度和效度进行了较为系统的研究 ,得到了一些有用的结论 ,为国家公务员录用考试的深化改革提供了较为全面的信息

Abstract:In order to have an overall and exact understranding of the dependability and effectiveness of the current public basic knowledge examination,a systematic study of the reliability and validity of this examination was conducted with the scientific and standard demonstration method based on the modern psychological measurement theory.Some useful conclutions were drawn.Relatively complete information was provided for deepening the reform of the national examination for employing public servants.
