| 摘 要： | 融资是管理层收购的重要环节之一,目前我国MBO融资存在许多不规范之处,融资中存在的问题主要表现在融资方式、融资的合法性、融资的透明度等方面,应尽快采取措施对管理层收购的融资问题进行规范,使管理层收购在公平、公开、公正的原则指导下健康发展.
