| Abstract: | On the basis of the basic theory of sociolinguistics,the paper got researches on the contrastive study of the vocabulary and grammar of the English language concerning linguistic gender for both the on-shore society and the crew pool.It got a preliminary conclusion which shows linguistic gender balance on the on-shore society,the male gender bias of the English language in the crew pool,as well as interrelations among the English language used in the crew pool and that used on the on-shore society. |
