Supply-hub环境下的多源供货模式与协同批量决策研究

摘    要:在Supply-hub环境下,考虑多个供应商向一个制造商提供零部件时,建立了从各供应商处分别取货和采取沿送奶路线循环取货两种方式下的批量模型。研究结果表明:当单位重量零部件的运输成本对承运量敏感,通过送奶路线循环取货优于从各供应商处分别取货;当单位重量零部件的运输成本对承运量不敏感,从各供应商处分别取货优于通过送奶路线循环取货。此外,不同零部件需求量的差额大小对两种取货方式的选择也有影响。
