加快中国农业现代化步伐基本对策研究

在对制约我国农业现代化主要因素分析研究的基本上 ,提出了相应的对策 ,即进一步深化土地制度改革 ;进一步缩小工农产品剪刀差 ;大力发展乡镇企业 ;促进农业技术进步 ,实现规模经济 ;建立多层次、多渠道、多形式的投入机制 ;健全社会化服务体系 ;进一步协调小生产和大市场的矛盾 ;走可持续发展的道路 ;发展具有示范性、辐射性和牵引的农业现代化示范园区。

Brief Study on the Major Strategies for Quickening the Modernization Pace of Agriculture in China

On the basis of the factors that restrict the agricultural modernization pace in China ,the authors put forward some major strategies to quicken its modernization pace as follows:narrowing the price scissors between industrial and agricultural products;developing small village and town-owned enterprises;promoting advancement of agricultural techniqude;establishing unblocked and investment mechanism of multi-levels and diverse channel;perfecting social service system;harmonizing the conflicts between big marketing and small-scale farming;insisting on the way of sustained development;Exploiting some sample fields of modern agriculture.
