TEA辅助ZnO微晶的水热合成及生长机理

摘    要:采用TEA辅助水热法,以醋酸锌为前驱物合成榛子状和纺锤状ZnO微晶。XRD结果表明这两种ZnO微晶均为结晶良好的六方纤锌矿结构。利用FESEM和TEM研究了ZnO微晶的形貌,并初步探讨了其生长机理,研究表明TEA和水热反应时间对ZnO微晶的形貌和尺寸有重要影响。

Abstract:The nutlike and spindle-like ZnO microcrystals have been synthesized by a TEA assisted hydrothermal process using zinc acetate dihydrate as precursor.The XRD results indicate that both these two ZnO microcrystals are hexagonal wurtzite structures with high crystallization.FESEM and TEM are used to investigate the morphologies of ZnO microcrystals,and the growth mechanism of the ZnO microcrystals has also been discussed.It is indicated that the surfactant TEA and hydrothermal time play important role in deciding the morphologies and size of the ZnO microcrystals.
