司法法治视野下的司法体制改革探析

司法法治是实现社会主义法治的一个重要环节。深化司法体制改革是司法法治的必然要求。按照党中央“建设公正高效权威的中国特色社会主义司法制度”部署，目前，我国司法体制改革主要任务是：健全符合社会主义司法法治要求的法律体系；完善司法机关的机构设置、职权划分和管理制度；提升司法职业人员的综合素质；加强对司法工作的监督，惩治司法领域的腐败。
