宽带薪酬管理模式探析

摘    要:宽带薪酬是与现代企业组织结构扁平化和以能力、绩效导向管理模式相适应的一种新型薪酬结构设计方式。宽带薪酬打破了传统薪酬结构重视和强化的岗位等级制度,而突出员工的工作能力与绩效。但是,绩效测量的困难、管理成本的上升、晋升激励功能的弱化等因素使宽带薪酬并非能够适应所有企业而成为解决薪酬管理问题的万用灵药。建议实施宽带薪酬管理的企业首先要明确企业战略管理重点,分阶段引进宽带薪酬模式,有步骤、有计划地设计宽带薪酬管理体系。

Abstract:Broadbanding salary is a new kind of salary design which is fit for the modern firms' flat organization structure and the management mode based on performance. It will break the traditional post hierarchy which has now been reoccurred and even intensified somewhere and turn to emphasize personnel's competency and performance. But the difficulty of measuring performance, the higher cost of management and the weakening of promotion stimulation make broadbanding salary not to be a catholicon. It suggests that the firms which implement broadbanding salary should know clearly their strategic stress, bring the mode of broadbanding salary step by step , and devise and lay a scientific plan.
