| 摘 要： | 从西方公共领域的发展史来观照我国传媒公共领域的构建,文章认为,由于几千年封建专制主义统治的束缚,我国传媒公共领域的生成异常艰难。另外,随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立,公民意识的觉醒,又热切海唤传媒担当起“社会公器”的角色。

| Abstract: | By contrasting the history of the development of public media in the West with that of China, the paper reveals that media in China's public sectors, hindered by China's thousands years of feudal history, has evolved very slowly. However, on the other hand, with the establishment of socialist market economy, the public has evinced an awakening of citizen consciousness, which calls for the media to fill the role of "social instruments". |
