| 摘 要： | 2006年全面开始的“两课”改革将原《思想道德修养》与《法律基础》课合并为《思想道德修养与法律基础》。在改革后的课程设置方案下要进一步讲好、讲透法律原理和知识,提高大学生的法律素养,须重视以下教学方法:一是注重概念分析,力求精确透彻;二是加强举例教学,力求简洁生动;三是穿插法理知识,力求庄严正义;四是勤于思维引导,力求学以致用。
