| 摘 要： | 基于民营企业处于一定的社会环境当中，据自身素质进行经营而取得一定的经营业绩，在对邯郸市民营企业进行抽样调查的基础上，结合其它材料，分社会环境、企业自身素质、企业经营活动与企业经营业绩4个方面对邯郸市民营企业存在的问题作了分析并据此提出解决的对策。 |

| Abstract: | Based on that the civilian-run enterprises can acquire some achievements if operated according to their own quality in certain social environment. Combined the sample survey of the civilian -run enterprises in Handan, with oth-er materials, this article analyzes the problems that exist in the civilian-run enterprises in Handan from such four as-pects as social environment, qualifies of enterprises, enterprises＇ operation, enterprises＇ achievements. Furthermore, it has put forward the countermeasure. |
