| 摘 要： | 张之洞关于教育管理的思想颇具特色、较为系统，学生管理思想是其中的有机构成。他不仅对学生的思想和日常行为管理都予以重视，而且在实施管理的过程采取提倡与禁止并存、引导与干预同在等方法，赋予其学生管理思想鲜明的特色。在大力提倡素质教育和加强道德建设与教育的今天，重温张之洞的学生管理思想具有不可忽视的历史与现实意义。

| Abstract: | Thoughts of Zhang Zhidong on educational management are special, and systematic, of which the thoughts of students management is one organic composition.He not only pays attention undergraduates＇ thoughts and daily behavior, but also advocates with prohibition, directs with interference which make his thoughts of students management special characteristics.In today＇s advocating of quality education and strengthening moral construction, Reviewing Zhang Zhidong＇s thoughts of students management will have the historical and realistic sense that cannot be neglected. |
