建筑工程企业危机事件处理团队沟通过程问题研究

现代经济管理组织中的活动大多是通过团队的协作来完成的，而团队有效沟通是决策过程中不可缺少的一环。在对建筑工程企业危机事件处理团队与经营环境关系问题分析的基础上，构造了企业危机处理团队成员与企业经营环境关系的概念模型，并建立了相应的定量模型；对基于企业危机事件触发的企业危机处理团队成员间Ei-Ej沟通过程进行了阐述，并对建筑工程企业危机事件处理团队沟通过程定量模型进行了实证分析，表明该模型具有一定的合理性。

Communication Process of Crisis Response Team of Construction Corporations

Most activities in modem economy and management organizations are completed through team＇s cooperation, and the effective communication inside the team is an indispen sable step in the decision-making process. On the basis of analyzing the relationship between the crisis response team of construction corporations and business circumstances, a concept model is established about the decision effects which are brought about by the crisis response team members and their social capital. Accordingly, a quantitative model is established. The processes of the crisis events triggered intergroup consultation and communication among the team members （ Ei-Ej ） is described, and the empirical analysis of the quantitative shows is rationality.
