| 摘 要： | 人与自然和谐发展的问题是关系到人类前途命运的重大问题,是实施可持续发展战略的核心。文章从树立可持续的系统发展观、生态伦理观、环境道德观,加强立法、提高全民文化素质、积极发展与合理利用科学技术、控制人口数量、提高人口素质等方面,就如何协调人与自然和谐发展的问题进行全面系统的思考。 |

| Abstract: | Harmonious development between man and nature is a vitalissue concerning the man's future and fate as well as the core of the sustainable development strategy. Comprehensively and systematically, this paper focuses on how to coordinate the harmonious development between man and nature from the aspects such as establishing the idea of sustainable development, ecological and environmental ethics, strengthening legislation; improving people's cultural cultivation, developing and utilizing science and technology, controlling the quantity of population and enhancing the quality of population. |
