| 摘 要： | 从德国功能翻译理论的角度出发，以宏观翻译目的、文本功能为切入点，通过分析法律语言的特点和翻译原则，主张把翻译从原语的束缚中解放出来，以译文预期目的或功能指导法律翻译的策略和方法，突出功能翻译理论对法律翻译具有的现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | A new approach is offered through applying functional translation theory to legal translation.The author attempts to combine Skopostheorie and framework theories with the legal language translation by analyzing the characteristics and its translation principles.That translation should be free from the original language and apply the appropriate strategies in legal translation is claimed.How the functional translation theory instructs the legal translation in a meaningful way is illustrated. |
