| 摘 要： | 中国新移民是指1978年以后移居海外、居留一年以上的来自中国大陆、台湾、香港和澳门的、拥有中国国籍或加入了所在国国籍的中国人。在欧洲的华侨华人规模,包括留学移民和非法移民,在260万-320万之间。在欧洲的中国新移民的新特征是:中国新移民的移民类型多元化,其中投资移民成为新移民的突出特征;中国新移民的社团发展迅速;中国新移民的精英人群增加,社会融合程度提高;中国新移民的大众传媒意识和参政意识强烈,华人政治地位显著提升。从规模上看,欧洲已成为中国新移民增长最快的地区;从区域上看,中国新移民已遍及整个欧洲国家;从社会地位上看,欧洲的中国新移民文化素质偏低、社会地位有待于进一步提高。
