| Abstract: | The paper states the contemporary value of responsive governance, disserts the internal association between the responsive governance and the contemporary construction of the social welfare in the overall arrangement of rural and urban areas, and clarifies the dilemma of lacking in social welfare products when responsive governance is responding to the public＇ s demand. The embedding of the flexible system designing and the rational factors of the network governing structure prospect improves the responsive sensitivity of the government. |
