南宋遗民词人的心灵体验大致可归纳为4个方面,即反思色彩、晋人风度、遗民意识、感伤情绪。我们认为,南宋遗民词表现了整整一代词人群体对历史、现实的思考,将强烈的历史感、时代感浓缩于词心之中,在遁迹田园、啸傲山林的隐居生活中所流露出的兴亡之叹、沧桑之感,有着极深刻的内涵,显示了词境的扩大,增强了词作表现社会生活的功能。
