| 摘 要： | 网络技术改变了高校学报工作模式,传统的"一支笔"、"一张纸"的编辑手段将被计算机屏幕所代替.在这种背景下,学报采取现代编辑手段,把计算机网络技术和编辑工作有机地结合起来,实现网上投稿、网上审稿、网上编辑加工等现代手段,全面提升高校学报的整体质量.

| Abstract: | Net technique has changed the traditional editing mode of colleges and universities journals.As a result,the editing process will become paperless,leaving behind the traditional paper and pen.Therefore,journals adopt modern means,integrating net technology into the editorial work,relating deliver online,examining articles online,editing online,and the whole qualities of journals will be improved overall. |
