| 摘 要： | 依冯友兰先生的四境界说,杨朱"重生"、墨家"兼爱"都是功利境界。但透过儒家对二者的批评,二者在实现"为我"目的上路径各异。杨朱"重生"是极端的自利,逻辑幼稚且没有现实性。墨家与儒家有内在逻辑和境界之别,但作为一种社会理论时,都面临相同的治理缺陷,即制度缺位。

| Abstract: | According to the four-state theory of Fengyou-lan,the ethics of Yangzhu and Mozi both belong to the utilitarian state.However,in the criticism from Confucianism,Yangzhu and Mozi have different ways to realize the egoism.Although there are Conflicts of logic and state between the theories of Mozi and Confucianism,both have the same defectivenesses as the social theories. |
