| Abstract: | Employment is a matter of first importance concerning people＇s livelihood and it provides a basic channel of living security and value realization for college graduates. Therefore, to ensure employment, graduates must surmount employment obstacles. This paper analyses the employment obstacles from the aspects of national policy, social security, educational proficiency and individual competitiveness and sug- gests some constructive solutions. |
