| 摘 要： | 职业发展教育是关注学生个体成长的教育活动,目前已融入高校教学、管理的各个环节,因此越来越受到高校的重视。职业发展教育具有“以人为本”的理念价值、“人职匹配”的社会价值、“终身发展”的教育价值。高职院校应以职业发展教育三大价值审视教育教学工作,探求教育教学工作创新与改进,进而提高高等职业教育教学质量。

| Abstract: | Vocational development education is an educational activity for the growth of individual students in college teaching and management~ therefore it receives more attention. As it is known for the conceptual value of human orientation, the social value of professional adaptability and the educational value of life- time progress, colleges should examine their educational work from the three aspects, explore the innova- tion of their education and hence improve their educational quality. |
