摘    要:运用中国大学生心理健康量表(CCSMHS),对某高校2012—2013年度计算机学院全体学生的心理健康状况进行了测评,进而运用效应量(Effect Size)分析了不同群体大学生的心理健康水平差异及在各个年级的分布特点。结果表明:不同年级大学生之间的心理健康水平存在显著差异,其中一年级新生的心理健康状况表现较差,四年级毕业生的表现最好;一年级与三年级女生的心理健康状况在焦虑、抑郁等几个维度上的表现明显差于男生;独生子女与非独生子女、城市与农村学生之间的心理健康水平差异并不十分明显。

Abstract:By using "Chinese College Students Mental Health Scale"(CCSMHS), this study measures the mental health of all the undergraduates who are studying in the school of computer science during the year of 2012 and 2013. The statistical tool of "effect size" is then performed to analyze the mental health differences among different groups~ undergraduates and their distributions between each grade. Results show that there are great differences of mental health between undergraduates in different grades. The freshmen have the worst level of mental health, whilst the students in their senior year perform best. The girl students in their first and third year are obviously less healthy than boy students in terms of anxiety, depression and some other dimensions. However, the mental health discrepancies either between only chil- dren and children with siblings, or between students from countryside and urban area, are not significant.
