聘用退休人员的风险分析与对策——以民办高职院校为视角

民办高职院校在国民经济和社会发展中扮演着重要的角色,一直以来,资金、人才等问题成为民办高职院校可持续发展的瓶颈,为了最大限度的解决资金和人才的问题,民办高职院校进行一系列创新,并取得了较好效果。仅就民办高职院校聘用退休人员可能带来的一些风险,进行初步分析和探讨,提出一些对策,最大限度降低风险。

Risk Analysis and Countermeasures for the Employment of Retirees in Non-governmental Vocational Colleges

Non-governmental vocational colleges play an important role in national economy and social de- velopment. However, the lack of funds, talents and other resources has become the bottleneck for the sus- tainable development of these colleges. To overcome these difficulties, non-governmental vocational colle- ges have made a variety of innovations and achieved good results. This paper discusses the possible risks brought by the employment of retirees in these colleges and puts forward some countermeasures to reduce the risks.
