儒家伦理与中国商业伦理的重构

在经济全球化大背景下,中国企业要在国际竞争中取得优势,就必须重视现代中国商业伦理的重构。而任何一个国家、一个企业的伦理建设都与其所在的民族传统文化有着不可分割的渊源和联系,并深受民族传统文化的影响。为此,我们在深刻阐述儒家伦理对于现代中国商业伦理重构所具有重要意义的基础上,追究了现代中国商业伦理的缺失及其原因,并对此提出了中国商业伦理的重构必须从"以人为本"、"以德为先"、"以和为贵"的视角,借鉴儒家伦理中的文化精髓,以此重构中国商业伦理。

Confucian Ethics and Reconstruction of Business Ethics in China

In the process of economic globalization,China’s enterprises need to attach great importance to the reconstruction of the modern Chinese business ethics so as to gain an edge in the international competition.Since ethic construction in any country or enterprise is inextricably tied with and deeply influenced by the nation’s traditional culture,it is essential for us to expound the significance of Confucian ethics to the reconstruction of the modern Chinese business ethics and thereby account for the missing of such ethics in current Chinese business circle.The analysis in this study justifies the assumption that we need to make use of the cultural essence in Confucian ethics,namely "taking man as the foundation","stressing on harmony" and "being virtue-first",in reconstructing the modern Chinese business ethics.
