| 摘 要： | 户籍法是一个政权加强对民众户籍管理 ,维系赋税征收和徭役佥派的重要规范。清王朝在继承明代户籍法的基础上 ,通过对户籍法律规范的不断调整 ,加强了对民众的控制 ,消弭了民众的反抗意志 ,维护了政府的财税征收和徭役佥派 ,并在保甲法等基层组织制度建设方面 ,进行了强化 ,从而在一定程度上维护了农村社会的稳定。

| Abstract: | Census law is important in adjusting and regulating the position, right and duty of the individuals. The rulers in Qing Dynasty, based on the census law of Ming dynasty, kept adjusting their census law, which actually enhanced the administration of the population flow, strengthened the national service and maintained the stability of the rural society. |
