摘    要:
从某种意义上讲,高校师生可以被看作是高校党政部门的顾客,高校师生对高校党政部门的信赖取决于师生对所在高校党政部门的满意程度。将层次分析法和模糊综合评价法有机结合,可以提高高校党政部门绩效评价的科学性和可靠性,可以促进高校党政部门提高服务质量。

Abstract:
In a sense,university teachers and students may be regarded as customers of the university party and administrative sections;their faith to the university party and administrative sections depends on their satisfaction degree of those sections.Making good use of the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation process could not only enhance the scientific nature and the reliability of their performance evaluation but also promote service quality of the university party and administrative sections.
