谈学校德育中榜样教育的心理机制问题

摘    要:学校德育中的榜样教育,关键要把握和处理好学生与榜样之间、学生与教育环境之间、学生与学生之间、学生与社会实践活动之间,这四个方面的关系。而这些关系的辨证统一,分别依赖学生的心理认同、心理共振、心理连动和心理强化等心理矛盾运动来实现。要让榜样与学生之间在思想道德品质方面形成主动对接和深度融合,教育工作者就不能不了解与此相关的心理机制问题。

Abstract::The key to the model of moral education is how to deal with the relationships among the students and the education conditions:the students and students,the students and the social practice.The ways to realize depend on the approval, the vibration in comon, the relating movement, and the compelling of psychology of the students.In order to form the initiatival blending in morality between the students and the examples, teachers must understand the relevant knowledge about the Mechanism of Psychology .
