| Abstract: | The western region development is a strategic overall program concerning the development and construction of Chinese socialist modernization. DENG Xiao-ping made a correct assessment of the situation and put forward a set of theories, such as the strategy of unbalanced development, relying on the national minority to develop science, education, economy, culture and hygiene comprehensivelywith the core task of economic construction during the western region development. |
