| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济体制和高等教育体制改革的深化,特别是高等教育进入大众化阶段以后,高校特别是高等职业院校必须建立起适应经济社会发展和改革需要的职业指导服务体系,职业指导服务不再是单一的就业指导服务,在保证学生在激烈的竞争中实现顺利就业的同时,还要实现学生与职业的和谐匹配,实现培养学生的职业发展意识、理念和能力,为其终生职业发展奠定良好的基础。

| Abstract: | In the new period when the domestic and international situations as well as China's higher education are constantly changing,the college students as a group have changed in nature.The new situations and problems have posed new challenges to the student management in the nationalities universities.A study of the existing problems together with proper management strategies and approaches should have great significance to their solutions. |
