| 摘 要： | 目前我国基金市场存在着相当大的危机。与美英日发达国家的基金结构相比,我国基金业的发展与生存环境存在着制度缺陷和立法缺失。改进基金托管人的选择办法,引入公司型基金并尽快完善基金管理法是解决问题的当务之急。

| Abstract: | At present, the Chinese fund market is experiencing a serious crisis. Compared with the fund structure in the stable fund markets of developed countries such as the USA, UK and Japan, China's fund industry lacks appropriate infrastructure and legislation. It is urgent to improve the current procedures for choosing fund trustees, introduce the company-oriented fund and promptly make the legislation perfect so as to solve the problems immediately. |
