摘    要:本文以社会主义市场经济的基本理论为依据,根据市场经济与企业营销之间存在的辩证关系,阐明了市场经济条件下,企业必须以市场为导向制定营销战略与策略,以追求市场效益最大化。强调采用超越常规、突出个性的思维方式,制定各项符合市场经济基本要求的营销战略与策略,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中始终立于不败之地。

Abstract:According to basic theories of socialist market economy and the dialectial relationship between the market economy and enterprise marketing,the thesis clarifies the author's following views.Firstly,under of the socialist marke economy in making its marketing strategy maximizing its market benefits. Secondly,the manager of an enterprise has to apply unconventional tactics of his own to meet the demands on market economy. Then he enterprise in an undefeatble position in the fierce market competitioin.
