| Abstract: | Despite that students majoring arts and sports have their particular characteristics, the act of regarding them as a special group and excluding them from graded college English teaching is not proper. This paper , analyses the necessity of implementing graded college English teaching for students majoring in arts and sports and puts forward some suggestions on it. |
