姜腐烂病病原特性及其防治

摘    要:姜腐烂病是姜生产中的严重病害,发病率可达50%~100%。经柯赫氏证病律验证鉴定病原为类产碱假单孢菌(Psendomonaspseudoalcaligenes),病菌最适pH值为6~8,在土壤和病姜块中越冬,亦可在菜园等土壤中习居,通过土壤和种用姜块及病株残体、流水传播,5月下旬即可在田间出现症状,8月上中旬为发病高峰期。轮作、使从无病姜种是预防此病的根本措施;种植前用新鲜石灰粉、菌毒清等杀菌剂处理姜种,可以控制该病的发生和流行,尤以新鲜石灰粉防治效果为最佳,即使在重茬的病土中使用带菌姜种,也可起到很好的控制作用,此法使用简便,取材容易,成本低廉,可大力推广应用。

Abstract:Psendomonas pscudoalcaligenes causes an important bacterial wilt disease of ginger in Sichuan, China. The frequency of disease devel opment is as high as 50%~100%, Growth of the bacterium was more at pH 6~8. The bacterium is surrives in the soil, and it is resting-winter in the infected ginger. It is transmitted through plant material and by some means through soil. In the fields, the symtoms was appeared in the May and the disease is favoured in August. The effective method for control is using certified healthy plant material and convertibility. The disease may be controled, too. before implant apply fresh lime powder and bactericide (C22H48N3O2Cl) to treatment ginger, especially, using fresh lime powder for treatment ginger have more effect. This is the simplest and most economic method.
