| 摘 要： | 可持续发展的理念提出以来,环境指标体系获得广泛的关注。利用环境库兹涅茨曲线和曲线拟合分析环境指标和经济增长的关系结果显示,加速经济增长快速超越所谓的环境倒＂U＂型曲线临界点的做法并非最优选择,必须采取提高治污能力与促进经济持续增长的政策组合,突破经济增长与环境恶化所带来的两难困境。

| Abstract: | Environmental Protection concerns the people＇s everyday interests and the long-term development of the Chinese nation. In relation to sustainable development, research on environmental indicators is becoming an important issue. In China, the practice of green GDP is an important signal. The results of using environmental Kuznets curve and the curve fitting analysis of the relationship between the environmental indicators and economic development showed that it is not the optimal choice to accelerate economic growth to surpass so called critical point of inverted U-shaped curve quickly in neglect of the environment. Policies must be made to strengthen the capacity to prevent pollution and promote sustainable economic growth, and break the dilemma brought about by economic growth and environmental degradation. |
