正确把握社会主义所处的“潮位”,是各国工人阶级政党适应形势、科学决策的重要前提。当前世界社会主义已走出低谷,正在走向高潮。主要依据是:现实社会主义国家已成功地回答和解决了有关社会主义建设的一系列基本理论和实践问题;原苏东地区的社会主义力量正在复兴和崛起;发达国家共产党已稳住阵脚并积极探索新的发展道路:西方发达资本主义国家的社会主义因素在增长。

World Socialism Is Heading for the Climax

The working class of every country fits in with the situation and makes a scientific descion.the premise of which is to grasp the position of socialist trend correctly. World socialism has gone out of the low tide and is heading for the climax. Its major bases are as the follows; realislic socialist countries have answered and solved a series of fundamental theoretical and practical questions of socialist construction at present; socialist strength in former soviet and the East Europe regions is recovering and rising; the Communist Party in developed counties have stood steadily and explored new developing roads activly; socialist factors in the western developed capitalist countries are increasing.
