| 摘 要： | 人力资本投资是促进经济发展的原动力,人力资本投资对我国的经济发展具有举足轻重的作用,在观察分析我国人力资本投资现状的基础上,阐述了我国加大人力资本投资的必要性,提出了增加人力资本投资的相应对策。
