| 摘 要： | 输卵管妊娠为妇科急腹症,常见但易误诊。医者不要片面依赖尿妊娠试验;避免吸空宫,在诊断早孕做人流术中要注意观察吸出物;要密切观察病情,不要忽视妇科检查及血 HCG 检查。尽早明确诊断,以免延误病情。

| Abstract: | Pregnancy in ovidact is an acute abdominal disease of gynecology which is easily misdiagnosed though commonly found.Lessons drawn from the three examples of pregnancy in ovidact are as following:First,don't depend lopsidedly on urine tests on preg- nancy.Second,avoid absorbing empty cavity of womb and carefully observe abradant things of artificial abortion while diagnosing premature pregnancy.Third,carefully observe patient's condition and don't ignore the gynecological examination and the examination of HCG in blood.Try to make the diagnosis clear as soon as possible in order not to delay the diagnosis and thesapy. |
