| 摘 要： | 从现在起到2020年,为了适应经济和社会发展需要,我国公路建设正进入集中快速发展阶段,每年资金投入水平需要维持在当年GDP的2%-3%,现在还存在很大的资金缺口。因此,需要不断探索拓宽我国公路建设的投、融资体制,解决公路建设融资中存在的问题,多层次、多渠道和多形式地筹集足够的资金投入公路建设,保证我国公路建设的资金需要。

| Abstract: | From now to 2020,in order to meet the needs of economic and social development,the construction of the road will enter into a concentralized fast developing stage.The annual input level of the finances needs to maintain 2% to 3% of GDP of that year,still there is very large finance breach,so we should explore and widen the system of investment and financing of road construction to solve the problem of road construction financing,to raise enough fund for road construction in multi-level,multi-channelly and multi-formly way,to guarantee the financial needs of road construction of our country. |
