| 摘 要： | 影响高等教育培养成本的因素很多，但最关键的是国家办教育的体制和政策。我国要发展高等教育事业，培养更多的现代化专业人才，就必须更新观念，利用市场调节手段降低培养成本，提高教育投资利用效率。
