Governance in the Pan-Pearl River Delta against the Background of Globalization

The integrated region would be the main-body of act and competition in the process of globalization. In the course of integration, the administrative collaboration is a key variable. It is the most important factor to advance the competitive power, to reduce the cost of collaboration and to resist localism. As a mode of administrative collaboration, district governance should be executed in the Pan-Pearl River Delta. Therefore, based on the theory and function of district governance, this paper discusses on the frame of district governance in the Pan-Pearl River Delta.
