| 摘 要： | 吉米和柔斯是莱辛短篇小说《另外那个女人》中的男女主人公。吉米推崇“一夫多妻制”思想，拒绝婚姻的束缚，崇尚男性的权威，要求女性的绝对的依顺，从而使他身边的女性边缘化为“另外那个女人”。柔斯善于思考，独立自主，追求女性的平等权利和自我意识，拒绝做丧失了主体地位的“另外那个女人”。

| Abstract: | Jimmy and Rose are the hero and heroine in Lessing's Another Woman.With polygamous ideas,Jimmy refuses the restraint of marriage,upholds the authority of the males and demands the absolute submission from the females,which,as a result,marginalizes the women around him.Rose,thoughtful and independent,pursues the equal rights and the self-consciousness of the females and refuses to be another woman without the position of the subject.. |
