| 摘 要： | 办学理念是一所大学的灵魂和指针。南京理工大学历经五十五年发展凝炼而成的“以人为本，厚德博学”的办学理念体现了历史传承与时代创新的统一、价值论理念与认识论理念的平衡，科学精神与人文精神融通、共性理念与大学个性的协调等特点。这一理念的实践需要协调好四大关系，从构建人才培养、科研体系、师资队伍、管理体制、校园文化氛围等五大方面的大学新体系来实现。

| Abstract: | The running ideas are the soul and guideline of a university. During the 50 years＇ development of Nanjing University of Science and thechnology, the refined university idea --People-centered, Good Morals and Be Erudite-represents the unification of the historical undertaking and the time innovation, the balance of the axiology and the epistemology, the combination of the science spirit and the humanistic spirit and the harmony of the commonness concept and the university＇s personality. To realize the idea, it is necessary to coordinate the four relationships and the key lies in talents cultivation, research construction, teaching staff, management system and culture atmosphere of the campus. |
