| 摘 要： | 当前,大学生就业形势严峻,择业渠道不够畅通。大学生就业难的现状,既有社会原因,又有用人单位、学校和毕业生自身的原因。解决大学生就业难的问题,高校应以市场为导向,改革教学和人才培养模式;完善就业指导服务体系;提高毕业生综合素质;培养大学生积极的求职意识;政府应创造良好的就业竞争环境。

| Abstract: | At present,the severe situation of university students'employment and the not-smooth-enough channel of career selection cause the present situation of university students' difficult employment.This is brought about both by society,and by employers,schools and university graduates themselves.To tackle this situation,universities should look to the job market,reform teaching and talent-training modes,perfect career advising system,raise qualities of graduates,cultivate students'active consciousness of getting employed. Government should create a healthy competitive atmosphere for getting employed. |
