高教大众化与高校的自我发展

高教大众化形成的特殊原因,表明其并非是我国高教事业自然发展的逻辑性结果,高教大众化潮流本身也不能自然地消解我国高教领域中长期存在的体制性、文化性矛盾;高教大众化潮流内在的运动逻辑则决定了我国的高教大众化活动将是集改革和发展于一体的综合性活动;高教大众化潮流的发展趋势要求所有高校必须立足于自我发展,以建构自己独特的制度和文化体系为活动目的。
