| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的日益进步和发展,科学技术与生产实践之间的相互影响模式逐步由原来的“生产——技术——科学”转变为“科学——技术——生产”,这一转变更加明确地突出了科学技术在现代社会当中对于具体的生产过程和社会进步发展是有极其重要的先导作用,是社会历史进步的重要因素和主要力量,对人类社会发展具有巨大的推动力量。
