农民工的权益现状与救济

随着我国生产力的发展,农民从土地的束缚中解放出来,大量的农村剩余劳动力涌向城市。但农民工在城市却受到严重的排斥,其劳动权、报酬权、人身权等各种合法权利被侵犯。对农民工的歧视已成为一个严重的社会问题。事实不容否认,廉价的劳动力实现了城市的低成本扩张,农民工对城市的发展做出了重要贡献。维护农民工的合法权益是全社会的责任,社会各界应重视如何救济农民工这个问题。文章设计了行政的、立法的、社会的救济及自力救济四种途径,以保护农民工的合法权益。

On the Rights and Interests of Peasant-Workers and Relief

In our country,the development of the productive force enables peasants to emancipate themselves from the restrictions of their land.Great quantities of village surplus laborers pour into the cities,and thus the peasant worker group comes into being.They confront the exclusion of the urban residents.Their rights of obtaining payment for labor and rights over body and so on have been infringed. However, they contribute greatly to the development of cities.Their cheap labor force helps to expand cities at low cost.The discrimination against peasant workers is a matter of serious occurrence.Our whole society should attach importance to the issue of how to relieve the peasant-workers from the infringement.In this article,four relief methods-administrative relief,legislative relief,social relief and self reservation are designed to safeguard the lawful rights and interests.
