| 摘 要： | 德性乃人之为人之根本,德性是人类现代社会有序之根基,德性是个人人生价值确定的标志.德性是一种良好的内在的个性品质,而道德则是社会对个体品质的外在要求.因此,如何化道德为德性,就必须选择有效的途径.本文认为情感体验是化道德为德性的关键环节,心灵的成长重在体验.因而,必须大力开展实践活动,尤其要重视社会实践活动,要强调学生的自我反思和重视利用学科隐性德育资源,进而使道德内化为德性,使德性外化为德行.

| Abstract: | Virtue is the essence of human beings.It is the foundation of an orderly modern society and the symbol of the individual life value.Virtue is a kind of good individual internal quality but morality is the external social demand of internal quality.Therefore,in order to transform morality to virtue,we must choose the effective way.This article indicates that the emotion experience is the key,because the experience plays an important role in mind growth.Therefore,we must intensively carry out practical activities,in particular attention to social practice.We must stress self-reflection of the student and make use of the hidden moral education resources,for the purpose of internalizing morality into virtue and externalizing virtue into morality. |
