The behaviour of enterprise is dominated by its operating principle,while the operating principle depends on the objective environment of the enterprise.Therefore,restricted by market economy and the system of modern enterprise,the enterprise should set up the following as its operating principles:they are concept of keeping lawful,the concept of profit,the concept of client,of innovation,of competition and the concept of strategy,and all these concepts should cooperate with each other so as to form an organic wholeness.
