| 摘 要： | 为了提高市场竞争力，集团企业需要在开发新产品领域内实施投资，以求得经济效益和长期持续发展。为避免出现问题，影响投资效果，在提高投资管理中要切实遵循四项原则，即企业科学发展原则、投资决策程序化原则、投资优质运作原则、管理逐级负责原则。
